Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in this bundle?

Two 1kg jars of Bagh Honey Premium Sidr (Beri) honey from Karak, KPK — the same HBRI lab-tested Sidr honey as the single-jar listing, at a better per-jar price. Both jars come with QR codes linking to the batch lab report.

Why is Sidr (Beri) honey Pakistan's most premium honey?

Sidr (Beri) honey (بیری شہد) is produced from the nectar of the Sidr (Beri) tree (Ziziphus spina-christi). It has one of the lowest moisture contents of any Pakistani honey variety (13.5%), giving it a concentrated flavour, thick texture, and long shelf stability. HBRI lab testing confirms Sidr as the dominant pollen source.

Is the honey lab tested?

Yes. Every jar is independently tested by HBRI, Islamabad. The report confirms Sidr (Beri) as the dominant flora, moisture content of 13.5%, and a negative Fiehe test. View the lab report here.

How should I store the jars?

Store both jars at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Raw honey does not expire — consume within 24 months for optimal flavour. Crystallization is a sign of purity; restore with warm water.

Does Honey Crystallize?

Yes, pure honey may naturally crystallize over time, especially in winter. All honey crystallizes except Berry (Sidr) honey. This is a sign of its purity, not spoilage. Some companies heat honey excessively (heating process) to prevent crystallization, which keeps it liquid but reduces its natural nutrients and flavor. To liquefy crystallized honey, place the jar in warm water (below 40°C), and it will return to its original state
